My name is Brooke and this is my Beneve Story…

I’ve struggled with being overweight for 30+ years. I’d tried so many things that didn’t work for me or if it did and I lost any weight it always came back with extra friends. I was lucky enough to have Beneve’s products introduced to me by a good friend, and I was absolutely blown away by them. Amazingly, they did exactly what they said they would do.

Before, I never had the energy to go for a walk after work and if I did, I barely was able to walk 10-15 minutes without being completely exhausted. Within the first week I was walking 20-30 min pretty much every day and still had extra energy to get things done around the house in the evening.  The appetite suppressant made a huge difference. I’d literally have to remind myself to eat, PLUS I no longer craved the junk food I use to eat daily. 

Thanks to the Trio that I take every day, I'm now eating healthier and working out daily (which I never did before). I’ve also noticed a big difference in my mood, patience, and overall health. Prior to Beneve, I would blow up over the littlest things. I didn't handle being around too many people well, as I would get easily irritated by the littlest things. I’m so thankful for these products as they have completely changed my life. I’m down over 50 lbs., and in better shape/health than I was when I was in my mid-20’s.
