My name is Abbey and this is my Beneve Story ...

I've lost 55 pounds in less than 5 months. I'm going to give the full back story, so you can have a better understanding of where I was both emotionally and physically.  I was paralyzed from the waist down three years ago, but thankfully through a lot of hard work, I can now walk for a few minutes at a time - with a walker. THANKFULLY, it is a miracle I can walk at all.

Fast forward to Beneve entering my life, I no longer fall asleep during the day. 5 months ago, I BARELY made it around my building one time each day with my puggle dog, Rosalie. Today, I have the energy to go FOUR times each day. Let's be clear, I walk slower than a penguin. There is nothing new in my diet that would resulted in my weight loss. So, what has changed? BENEVE came into my life 5 months ago and the rest is history!
